Since 1989, EZ’s has been on a mission to provide great tasting foods with maximum nutrients!

We prepare foods from scratch with top quality lean proteins, fresh produce, clean label ingredients and minimally processed grains. We use good-for-you fats like pure olive oil, avocado and walnuts, and premium trans fat-free canola oil for our hand-dipped onion rings and other fried treats.

Our proteins are lean and clean with only natural spices, minimal sodium and always MSG-free.

We can make many dishes vegetarian or vegan.

We offer ancient grain, gluten-free offerings and are working to add more options, so please ask for the current list.

We offer a plain, unsweetened almond milk as a lactose-free addition to coffee and oatmeal.

STEPS TO EZ EATING:

1) EZ’s prepares your meal to your preference. Tell us precisely what you want and what you don’t want. We’re happy to health you!

2) To eat lean, ask for sauces/dressings on the side and skip the fries. Enjoy a side of fresh steamed veggies, whole grain rice or pasta instead!

3) Perfect your portions. Many of our menu items are well-proportioned and are great to share or take for leftovers.

4) Save the sugar for dessert! Skip the soda and enjoy a glass of freshly brewed iced tea, or water with a squeeze of lemon, lime or orange!
